Like It’s Tremayne’s Birthday…

Toronto’s Tremayne stays out late like it’s his birthday. Celebrates like it’s birthday. And drops moody turnup anthems like it’s his goddamn birthday. Why? Because that’s what he and the Stay Out Late collective do. The first single off of the upcoming StayOutLate EP, features the beat-building Prezident Jeff behind the boards as rapper Tremayne delivers a provocative and murky account of what his life is like in the late night,¬†which he describes as “watching Belly, Juice, Requiem For A Dream and Don’t Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Juice,” at the same time.

“Birthday is a song through the eyes of a grimey underground Toronto artist who explains what it looks like to fuck your way into the industry. It’s not for the faint of heart, but it’s honest,” he says.

The single is sure to give you an itch to survive the cold dark February by celebrating absolutely nothing, so press play, grab a drink & look out for the StayOutLate EP out in March.
